Degraded performance with Device/Customer API

Starting around 19:40-20:38 UTC (11:40-12:38 PT / 14:40-15:38 ET), clients may have experienced Device API and/or Customer API degraded performance. Device API may have seen higher latency than usual. Customers API may have seen slightly higher latency than usual, some responses may be missing device related data. This was caused by one of our databases and we are looking into future remediation. Latency is back to normal now.
