Degraded performance with auth-service

Resolved

Starting around 930 UTC, our internal authentication experienced degraded performance due to issue with our hosting provider. Due to invalid cache config, it may have caused API calls to return a 401 Unauthorized response for some customers. While the degradation lasted for about 2 hours, 98% of the 401 responses occurred from 10:19 UTC to 11:23 UTC (about 1 hour). Full operation was restored, and we will publish a post-mortem as soon as possible.
