/v1/customers , /v1/issuing/risks , /v1/feedbacks,/v2/devices , /v1/identity-documents/verifications/ and /v1/documents/geturl APIs experienced downtime from 8:22PM to 8:59PM. v2/devices API was not affected

After infrastructure upgrade for security purpose, part of Kubernetes cluster started behaving unexpectedly, causing resource to be exhausted, lead to down time.
